Aananda Imperial Hotel, Bilaspur, for the first time, is taking the initiative to promote this place as a travel destination. They invited a group of 7 bloggers from Kolkata to explore this place and travel to the unexplored parts of Bilaspur.
Now, let’s talk about the things Bilaspur is famous for. River Apra is one of them. The River flows within Bilaspur, and by the banks of the river, you will find places to sit and also Dhabaas to calm your hunger. Bilaspur is also famous for its Kosa Silk.
Now Let’s move on to the untraveled mysteries of Bilaspur. First comes Mainpat, also known as the Shimla of Chattisgarh. The natural beauty of this place is mesmerizing and it is also full of surprises. Then there is this place known as Ulta Pani where the water flows against gravitation. Last but not least, there is a place called Jaljala, where the ground shakes beneath your feet.
There are many forests in Bilaspur, and within the forests, there are beautiful bungalows where you can spend the night. A special type of roti known as the “Angar ki Roti “, are made by the Eunuchs (Tribals of that area).
Aananda Imperial Hotel Bilaspur also organized for the very first time, a Fellowship Ball Event for the Anglo-Indian communities living in the district of Bilaspur. This whole event was planned and executed by Mr. Sumit Vidhani (COO of The Annanda Imperial Hotel) and Mr. Rajib Roy Choudhury (GM of The Aananda Imperial Hotel).
Coming back to the event, which started with the 10 years old homemade wine among other drinks and snacks. Mr. Sumit Vidhani and Mr. Rajib Roy Choudhury greeted every guest of the Anglo-Indian community in person and made every arrangement to make the evening memorable for them.
