On World Tiger Day a viral video clip unfolds an unknown side of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The video was released by popular tv show ‘ Man vs Wild’ host Bear Grylls in his twitter account along with the message, “People across 180 countries will get to see the unknown side of PM Narendra Modi as he ventures into Indian wilderness to create awareness about animal conservation and environmental change”.
The video clip shows a promising glimpse of an ‘epic adventure of lifetime’ where ace adventurer Bear Grylls is seen trekking the wilderness of India with the Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi.
The video clip opens with an introduction of tv show host Bear Grylls as a person surviving the extreme situation with nothing but bare minimum that he collects from nature. This time Bear Grylls is seen taking Prime Minister Modi along with him in a daring adventure in the jungle.
Narendra Modi starts the journey with a warm welcome to the host in India. The ‘dynamic duo’ is seen riding a small dinghy and making a spear to help them survive the journey and veteran adventurer seems to take the task of keeping the most important man of India seriously. ‘You are the most important man in India and my job is to keep you alive’, he is seen saying in the video.
The video is shot in Jim Corbett National Park of Uttarakhand to emphasize not only the rich treasure nature bestowed India but also to emphasize environmental conservation and the importance of living in harmony with nature. This message is echoed by not only host of the show Bear Grylls but PM Modi too.
“India- where you find lush green forests, diverse wildlife, beautiful mountains, and mighty rivers. Watching this programme will make you want to visit different parts of India and add to discourse of environmental conservation”.
PM Modi said to have a great experience, “It was a great experience spending time in the jungle once again, this time with Bear, who is blessed with indefatigable energy and quest to experience nature at its purest”.And he thanked the host for being able to experience such a journey,” Thanks Bear Grylls for coming here”.
The full show will be on 12 August on the Discovery Channel at 9 pm. This episode of ‘Man vs Wild’ exploring the lush wonders of incredible India comes at the doorstep of Independence day.PM Modi seems to relay message for environmental conservation on World Tiger Day on 29 July as the episode is shot at Jim Corbett National Park and showcase the rich natural heritage of India before Independence Day on 15 August.
