INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CHICKEN:Boneless Chicken Breasts – 2
Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Black Pepper Powder – 2 pinches
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Parsley Leaf – Shredded 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp (1 tbsp for 1 breast)
Chilli Flakes – 2 pinches
Oil – 2 tsp
FOR THE VEGETABLES:
Potato – 1 big thickly sliced
Carrot – 1 thickly sliced
Beans – Whole few pieces
PROCESS: Clean 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, slit them side wise and make like a pocket. Marinate with – Garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and lime juice, marinate for 1 hour. Mix butter and parsley and stuff them inside the chicken breasts. Brush the breast pieces with oil/butter and some honey
Spread little quantity of chilli flakes on both sides.
In an oven top griller or any griller, grill them well turning them time to time until cooked, cover at times to retain moisture, this will also help to cook chicken well from inside. Thickly slice the grilled breasts as in the image.
Par boil vegetables of your choice e.g. potato, carrot, beans. Toss them with butter and salt and put them on the griller. Garnish as per choice
