The Drunken Monkey and Venezia have curated a special Kebab menu for the festival which can be paired with any of your favourite drink. There are veg and non-veg kebabs on the special menu to satiate your taste-buds. The veg menu includes kebabs like Mushroom Galouti Kebab, which is shallow fried mushrooms with spices, Hara Bhara Kebab which is minced green peas with spices shallow fried, Veg Sheekh Kebab where the mixed minced vegetables are cooked in clay oven, Dahi Kebab which is hang crud fried with chef’s special spices and last but not the least Tandoori Phool where cauliflower is cooked in clay oven with tandoori spices.
In the non-veg part of the menu, there are Murg Sheekh which is minced spiced chicken cooked in the clay oven, Murg Tangdi where the chicken leg is cooked in clay oven. Dohra Sheekh Kebab where minced spiced chicken and mutton is cooked in the clay oven and then comes the Samundari Jalpari where the tiger prawn cooked in a clay oven with chef’s special spices. The main attraction of the non-veg part of the menu is Lamb Chop which you can pair with your favoured wine easily.
