According to co-owner Mr. Wakas Ather, âSpice Market is offering something unique – the very best of all the cuisines that you see on the menu. So, we are not a multi-cuisine restaurant that only focuses on one particular cuisine and tags along with the other ones for the sake of justifying the moniker. It took us a grueling few months to hand-pick the finest chefs and assemble the respective teams for different cuisines. The joy ofseeing a family or a group of friends ordering and enjoying food that they like, knowing that they will get the best of each cuisine they prefer, was the driving force behind our Herculean efforts. We capture the true essence of a multi-cuisine restaurant.â
