Lockdown Recipe by Chef Debjeet Majumdar with minimum ingredients and simple cooking, immunity boosters like boiled onion, ginger, garlic, vitamin C and curd are used.

Chicken 400 gms
Salt To Taste
Refined Oil 30 Ml
Slitted Green Chillies 7-8 Nos.
Boiled Onion Paste 2 Onions
Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste 02 Tbsp
Cumin Powder 01 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 01 Tbsp
Poppy Paste (Optional) 02 Tbsp
Sour Curd 50 gms
Water As Required
Butter 15 gms
Gandharaj Lemon 01 large
Method:
Clean and marinate the chicken with salt.Heat oil,temper with half slitted green chillies then add ginger garlic paste, boiled onion paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, chicken, poppy paste one by one and cook thoroughly. Water to be added as required and covered for cooking. Sour curd to be stiffly beaten and added, seasoning to be checked .Temper the remaining green chillies in butter and add near to finish. Add gandharaj lemon juice only after taking out of the flame.To be served with steamed rice as well as chapatis.
