Bringing this gastronomic adventure to the foodies of Kolkata, Ilish Truly Bong Restaurant is all set with its iconic 5th Edition of Ilish Utsav for the whole month of July.
Park Street’s favourite Bengali dining space, Ilish Truly Bong, is ready with its fifth edition of the annual Ilish Utasav, with a brand-new look as well as a great seasonal menu that features a good deal of fishy delights from different parts of Bengal as well as a few that are inspired from the streets of Kolkata, creating a plethora of fusion in flavours. With all the ingredients being specially brought in from different parts of Bengal, they ensure that they provide the best there is for the customers.
The menu will feature both traditional and new dishes in ala carte and Ilish thalis. Choose from delicacies like Roshun Bhapa Ilish, Ilisher Lyajaar Tok, Ilish Do-Pyaaza, Ilish Sizzler, Ilisher Bharta, Ilisher Fish Finger, or pick from a thaali of your choice, like the Ilish-e – Mohabhoj (1799+GST), Bhojon-e – Ilish(1299+GST), or Dawat-e – Ilish (999 + GST).
