Msme development forum West Bengal, jointly with Paschim Bengal Marwadi Mahila Sammelan organised a program for empowering the stakeholders in commodity market, Corporates, budding entrepreneurs and professionals in Association with Multi commodities Exchange of India Limited, at Senator hotel today. Mrs Mamta Banani the president of MSME development forum welcomed all the guests, and shared her vision with the audience for working in the area of excellence for MSMEs.
Mrs Babita Bagaria, who heads the Paschim Bengal Marwari Mahila Sammelan, while addressing the audience shared that there organization has completed 25years , and they are working in all spheres of development, on different verticals, There work is not limited to members development, but for the society at large, hence they are happy to join hands with chambers working for economic and financial empowerment, of masses. Mrs Pragya Jhunjhunwala who was the chief catalyst in this program, is VP – MSMEDF, as well as Women empowerment head, for PBMMS was very enthusiastic about the value addition they can bring with such programs together. Mr Vibhor Tandon was welcomed by the Secretary of PBMMS Mrs Pinky Dhanuka, and the treasurer Mrs Sunita Agarwal. The first technical session was on Risks and Opportunities in Commodity markets. And was very well explained by none other than the eastern Region head of MCX.
The second technical session was taken on ZED Certification, by CS Pragya Jhunjhunwala, where she told the impact that zed certification can create on the development of the state.
Mr. Abhishek Lakhotia, Mr Manish Ghedia, Mrs Binita Agarwal, Mrs Kanchan Drolia along with other members were very excited to know so many relevant things to empower themselves financially,and shared that they would be happy to attend more such awareness Workshops
