The Hope Foundation set up in 1999 to raise funds for one girl’s home is dedicated to promoting the protection of street and slum children and works to effect immediate and lasting change in their lives. A Press Conference held by The Hope Foundation witnessed the grand announcement of their patron & brand ambassador Mr. Jeremy Irons, World Famous Dramatist & Hollywood Actor at Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI) today. The occasion also saw the presence eminent dignitaries like Mr. Anik Dutta, Famous Tollywood Director, Ms. Maureen Forrest, Founder Director of The Hope Foundation & Ms. Geeta Venkadakrishnan- Director, Hope Kolkata Foundation.
The Hope Foundation is known for restoring lost childhoods and ensuring human rights to hundreds of thousands of street and slum dwellers throughout Kolkata, India. HOPE continues to work with recognized local partner organizations to tackle the root causes of abject poverty, whilst encouraging communities to shape their own sustainable futures.
